Chana Voola draws in the night while her family is sleeping, as a way to stay centered and balanced in the daytime when her family is awake. With no formal training in art, Chana believes everyone can create beautiful art if they have the motivation and focus. After returning to her Jewish roots during her undergraduate years at Ramapo College, NJ, Chana Voola went on to receive her Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University.

This is a great painting. I wish I was an established artist in my own right or an art critic - then "great" would carry its full weight. I wish it could be shown to some well-known artists - I'm sure they would agree. Thank you, Chana. You have given us a work of art that astonishes - it expresses exactly what you write: outer space, infinite and humbling.
